Martyna Śliwa is Professor of Business and Organization as well as an Associate Dean for Ethics, Responsility and Sustanability at Durham Business School. Martyna joined Duhram University in January 2022. Prior that date, she worked, for a total of 20 years, at three different UK University: University of Essex, Newcastle Universiuty, and University of Northumbria.

Martyna has contributed to the book series with the postface to Race, Ethnicity and Inclusion.
