Monika Kostera is Professor of Organizational Ethnography, Management Theory and Research Methodology, The Jagiellonian University.

She has contributed to the book series with "My SCOS, Your SCOS", and (together with Tomek Ludwicki) "SCOS, SCOSsier, SCOSsiest" and "Our SCOS" in SCOS - Searching Collectively for Our Soul. Monika is Editor of pIJ and co-Editor (togheter with laria Boncori, Jenny Helin, Achilleas Karayiannis, Emmanouela Mandalaki and Noortje van Amsterdam) of the Issue The poetics of organizing.
