Astrid Huopalainen is an Assistant Professor in the field of Leadership for Creativity, in the Department of Management Studies and the Department of Art and Media (Aalto University, Finland).

Astrid contributes to puntOorg as an Associate Editor of puntOorg International Journal, where she also serves as Editor of the Thematic Issue (together with Cinzia Priola, Gemma Bend, Humera Manzoor, and Victoria Williams) entitled Undestanding the impact of Episodic Disabilities, Chronic and Long-Term Health Conditions on Women's Work Across Cultures and National Contexts.
