Paolo de Vita is former Full Professor of Organization design, University of Molise.

Paolo has contributed to the book series with the foreword of Fuor di metafora and  "Lucio Sicca e gli studi sulla Distribuzione", in Lucio Sicca. Maestri e allievi.

He also realised the cover of Management Arti Culture.
