During the XXV WOA-ASSIOA, University of Milan Bicocca - 3 July 2024, the puntOorg - ASSIOA prize was awarded. The Evaluation Committee, made by Chiara Paolino, Greta Elisabetta Brizio, Davide Bizjak awarded Sara Sassetti and Laura Cortellazzo,  with the Best Paper Award for "Navigating Talent and Diversity Paradox: A Theoretical Framework".
